Rockmont Alumni Work Weekend Oct 23ā25
Come back to Rockmont, roll up your sleeves, reconnect with old friends, and help us tackle a project that will benefit Rockmont for years to come!
This fallās Alumni Work Weekend will focus on the renovation and improvement of our Council Ringsāsome of the most meaningful and memorable places at camp. Whether youāre handy with tools or simply willing to lend a hand, weād love to have you join us.
Plan to arrive Friday evening, October 23, or Saturday morning, October 24. Weāll spend Saturday working together, with a break for lunch and plenty of time to catch up along the way. Food and lodging will be provided throughout the weekend, so all you need to bring is appropriate work clothing, a willingness to help, and your Rockmont spirit.
After a full day of work Saturday, weāll put down the tools, gather around the fire, bask in the glory of our accomplishments, and enjoy an evening of fellowship, stories, and hanging out at Rockmont. Departures will be Sunday, October 25.
Itās a chance to give back to a place that gave us so much, make a tangible difference at camp, and spend a fall weekend with the Rockmont community.

Weāre launching the Rockmont Alumni Fantasy Football League this season! Leagues will be set up based on the number of alumni who sign up, with online drafts through ESPN between September 2ā6.
š§ Want in? Email the address associated with your ESPN account to James@rockmont.com by August 30. If you have a date you can or cannot draft, include that in your email.
š And yesāthe winner gets a prize!

The Rockmont Alumni Work Weekend is built on a simple idea: work hard, play hard. Weāre inviting alumni to return to camp for a weekend of meaningful service and genuine connectionāRockmont will provide lodging and meals, all you need to bring is a willingness to jump in. On Saturday, weāll roll up our sleeves to tackle projects that prepare camp for the summer season, from restoring council rings and clearing hiking trails to improving Adirondacks and other camp spaces.
When the work is done, the weekend shifts into what makes Rockmont specialātime together. Weāll gather around the fire, share stories and memories, reconnect with old friends, and build new relationships across generations of alumni. Itās a chance to give back to a place that has given so much, while enjoying the camaraderie and spirit that define the Rockmont experience.

Memorial Day Alumni Weekend at Camp Rockmont is a time for those who love Rockmont most to come together, have fun with their families, and enjoy each otherās company.
With an expanded FridayāMonday format, the weekend will include an array of skills, activities, and family timeācomplete with evening campfires, music, games, facility tours, and more.
Lodging options are available for both families and individuals. Meals include dinner on Friday evening; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and Sunday; and breakfast on Monday.
We hope you will join us for the entire weekend, but you may choose to stay for 1, 2, or 3 nights.
